The Challenge
A highly-rated local functional fitness gym wanted to open three new locations across the state but lacked the brand capital to convince new markets they were fundamentally better than the established corporate mega-gyms.
The Solution
Standard marketing wasn't going to work; they needed to command unshakeable authority. We produced a 12-minute Brand Documentary highlighting the founder's story, the community impact, and the sheer dedication of the coaching staff. We utilized cinema-grade RED cameras and aggressive color-grading to ensure the final product felt like a Netflix original. We then atomized this documentary into 30+ short-form clips for local ad targeting.
The Results
The campaign fundamentally shifted the perception of the gym. Prospects stopped asking about price and started asking how soon they could join.
