The Challenge
A promising D2C skincare brand had hit a revenue plateau. Their website traffic remained consistent, but their conversion rate was an abysmal 0.8%. A deep audit revealed that their product imagery looked cheap, generic, and failed to communicate the premium nature of their $85 serums.
The Solution
We executed a complete visual tear-down. We designed a complex studio shoot utilizing focus-stacking techniques to capture ultra-high-resolution macro shots of the serum textures. We layered specific lighting gels that matched the brand's core color palette, creating a cohesive, luxury visual identity that screamed "high-end". These new assets replaced every image on their Shopify store and Amazon A+ content.
The Results
The impact was immediate. Without altering a single word of copy or changing the price, the website conversion rate jumped from 0.8% to 4.0%.
